Fluffy chocolate chip pancakes with pomegranate and blueberries

Ingredients:

 

  • 75 gr spelt flour
  • 20 gr coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • about 100 ml almond milk
  • 150/200 ml sparkling water
  • chocolate chip
  • pomegrate
  • blueberries
  • chocolate sauce

Method

1. Mix: spelt flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, brown sugar
2. Add: apple cider vinegar, almond milk, sparkling water, add chocolate chip
3. Let the dough rest for 10 min and fry your pancakes on both sides
4. Top with pomegranate blueberries and chocolate sauce
